Yes, one can go from extremely low self esteem to extremely confident in themselves. It can happen for anyone. Your approach is all wrong. Confidence isn’t something that can be do in lieu of said thing one is trying to get. It’s not “ something that can be resolved beforehand “. You learn by DOING. The more you do , the better you get the more confident you’ll be the next time. Think in your own life about something that you have mastered. If you can’t think of anything, try harder. I’m a beast at wiping my ass. I wasn’t always. With repetition and time, my confidence grew and now when I need to wipe, it’s easy work. Get out there, don’t be afraid to fail.
Effort x Consistency = Confidence ( El Cucuy , champ shit only )

To not give a fuck about everything.
To believe in yourselves
To know that in Grand scheme of things we are worthless no matter how much money we make , how much sex we had etc. In the end we all die. Might sound stupid but brought a huge change in my life.

I am twice your age plus more. Confidence comes with experience, to an extent: when you find yourself in situations that are repetitive, you would be confident, in that you would know the outcomes, given certain acts from your side. The flip side is that a) nothing is ever 100% repetitive; b) life always presents with unprecedented situations. The 2p piece of advice is: understand the context of a situation and spot similarities and differences between the past experience. In a totally (or largely) new situation, learn to make a quick mental risk assessment (risk = probability * severity of the consequences) and then decide.

Confidence is built from action. Id suggest you to read the subtle art of not giving a fuck by mark manson or the six pillars of self esteem.

If you change nothing, nothing will change. You have to work on yourself, have better body, better haircut, dress better, make more money, make friends, have better Instagram, learn languages or self defence..etc.
And the more you the change, the more confidence you acquire. It is hard to develop fake confidence when you look like shit inside a club full of tall attractive white men apparently better than you...
