Let's say you are out with a group of friends and you just entered a busy bar on a Saturday night. What are some of the things you do to put yourself "in the zone", easing those approach anxiety fears, and making it easier to start approaching and talking to women (other than drugs/alcohol)?

For me, I think having a smile and approaching random tables, like I own the place, is where I usually start. I will buy a beer, approach random tables on my walk back to my own table, and just give them a little cheers. I say, "hope you are all enjoying yourselves" and then I simply move on. This technique always gets me into a talkative state and I feel like all of the sets open more easily as the night goes on.

Feel free to post your techniques below!
