Yeah, I noticed the feeling of regret for not approaching, is always worse than getting rejected. Getting rejected actually in many cases makes me feel better, since I tried and the girls are usually nice about it

What your describing is when you are reminded of the prison that is your mind, yet again holding you back, so the sick feeling you feel is the emotional response its a mixture of fear and apathy, its not so much that you did not approach the woman its the fact that you cannot freely express yourself, you are trapped in a persona, you know that if you could just not care what others think you could then access that place inside your self of freedom and expression. good news is this can be fixed and there is a way.

I feel the exact opposite. Whenever I imagine myself approaching an attractive stranger I just get this "ick" feeling, just from how incredibly awkward and desperate it would look. And I'm someone that used to do it! Nowadays I just enjoy the eye candy from afar.

I often feel sick from the fear of missing out. I also feel sick that the Japanese girl I was trying to get at is probably choosing a guy from The Netherlands instead of me. Fuck my life. I’ll get over it.

Yes. Happened twice in the last 2 days for me. Both times i was working so that might of hindered it, but still i guess the fear of rejection played a major part. Sick and pissed at myself for not doing anything though.

This feeling is irrational for 2 reasons:

If the girl didn't even look at you, in a grocery store, the most likely scenario is that nothing would have happened .. even if you talked to her.
There are new opportunities all the time, its just 1 random girl. Many more to come.

Not really. You obsess too much over women. Cold approaching is awkward and weird. You have no idea who she is, if she lives in the area, if she's taken, etc. On top of that, what is so great about her? She's hot? Is that it? Would she add any value to your life? Odds are, no. Especially once you get to know her and see that most women don't offer anything of value to men and often times bring a lot of baggage and drama.
