Just go with it. When you introduce yourself, say your name, followed by "Did you get all of that?" and a coy smile. When she mispronounces it, that is just more time you can spend teasing her about getting it wrong and helping her.

Unless your name is like "Hitler" or something. Then you're fucked.

Make up a memorable nickname. "My name is Mokatavatah, but you can call me Mabel."

How about a nickname?

"Hey I'm <your name here>, but everyone calls me <...> ."

Don't make a huge deal out of it ;)

I have the same issue, very uncommon name (not that hard to pronounce) but still manages to throw off most people.

Pronounce your name correctly the first time. If she doesn't get it or repeats it in a wrong way tell her your name again but change a vowel. Keep changing letters with a sexy smirk until she understands what you're doing.

Or think of a nickname for yourself, but make sure people call you it first

It depends on the situation. I know if I say my full name the girl will either ask about it or just be like "hum... OK" you can joke about it, tease her or be like "I know my parents were hippies" If I want to do that I'll tell them my full name. If the conversation is already flowing and I don't want to get in the name thing I would just say a diminutive.

I own a very Nigerian sounding name and most girls seem to think its cool or unique and ask the origin. I think a unique name is a great conversation point if you leverage it correctly.
