Of course it complicates things, but it’s not insurmountable.

First thing’s first, check with your housemate on protocol. Are they comfortable with it? What days and times? Do they need to be out of the house or can they keep to their room? Apartment cleanliness standards for days you plan on bringing women home should be addressed. If they are leaving while you have sex, how many times do you displace them from the apartment.

Better to discuss all this up front or it will come back to bite you later.

Now as for your lady friend. Obviously every woman is different and there isn’t a one size fits all answer, but I’ll try to give good general advice.

I think most girls would be ok with a roommate in the house as long as they were in a separate room. If you plan on spending a few hours on the couch, say watching a movie for example, see to it that your roommate is settled in and won’t bother you so that you can feel her up free from distraction. And of course keeping thjngs confined to your room doesn’t burden your roommates at all.

Some of my best sex was taking my ex, a proud screamer, into my room so she had to keep quiet since my roommates were around. We made a game out of it and she often had to stuff things in her mouth to keep quiet.

Now all that said, living alone gives you a lot more freedom, and it’s quite a status symbol to be able to afford to live alone. You have options for longer visits and of course you can be as loud and as brash as you want to be.

DON’T ATTEMPT TO LIVE BEYOND YOUR MEANS JUST TO HAVE UNINTERUPTED SEX. Sorry maybe not you, but some people out there need to be reminded of that.

Not if you have some sort of agreement, like give him $20 and tell him to get lost for about 4 hours while you do your thing, and you do the same if he brings a chick home. It shouldn't be a big deal.
