So ive been talking to this girl for a few weeks off and on over the phone and texting.

Ive been trying to get together with her, but she always ends up having shit going on. Now I never formerly have asked her out on a date or anything, ill usually just say "you wanna come over" or something and shell be like "what are we gonna do?" and then it goes nowhere.

Anyway I already assumed I got friend zoned awhile ago, except that she still calls/texts me.

She does have shit going on a lot of the time, like school and other responsibility, so that could be a factor. I just dont know what it is she wants and how to go a long with.
