I was just reading a lot of things I've found on here from Google searching about texting a girl, and right off the bat I realized I did absolutely zilch to build attraction with this chick I knew from high school. The worst part is I got her number and texted her in hs too and eventually she stopped responding because I never made a move. Looking at my FB messages to her that I sent a few days ago, I now see I've done nothing but bland straight-forward conversation. I feel that I've lost my opportunity, as she read my last message last night and hasn't replied since.

Now, she has read my messages and gotten back to me, but I wonder if I should just double text her and go all or nothing with some banter or teasing? Will this look desperate or could it work? My view is that she isn't getting back to me either way, and I can definitely bag her if I tried I think, so fuck it, right?
