Have some confidence. You are basically saying that her decision making skills need to be compromised for you to seduce her.

Very few woman would not accept a kiss at the end of a good date, she is probably hoping/expecting for you to make a move. Just be your charming self, employ some seduction/game tactics if you know how, and go for the kiss at the end of the date.

Honestly, you should probably go for the kiss at some point in the middle of the date if possible. The single kiss at the end of the date is so expected that it is contrived and lame, it is far too safe.
