So a couple years ago I used an opener that as far as I know was original (I could be mistaken though, not sure). It went something like this:

Buy yourself a drink at the bar, approach a girl and hand her the drink, she'll think it's for her. At which point you say 'oh no, it's not for you, you're just holding it for a sec'.

At that point tie your shoe, check your phone, anything that makes it look like you're just having her hold the drink while you do something else. When I did this the girl was so shocked and had a look of 'who is this guy?' on her face.

The last time I used this was a couple summers ago, I remember it ending in a number/ kiss close.

I'm wondering if I should dust off this routine which has seen moderate success (not sure why I had it on hiatus in the first place)? Also wondering any ways I can improve upon it?
