People, especially girls, are attracted to it. It keeps your game going, puts you in the zone and gives you the motivation to make those approaches and the endurance to not fold as the center of attention
So... how do you guys manage without it?
I'm not a morning person, and most times 8 hours of sleep per day just isn't possible. Usuaully I'm still alright, but there's still an abundance of days when I'm just too tired to function socially. Today, for example:
Woke up after ~7 hours of sleep at 6 AM and got to school. For my first 3 periods (almost 4 hours) I mumbled and just couldn't work up the energy to talk to girls. I kept observing things to talk about but just couldn't work up the energy to talk, and I was just barely responding to friends. I finally pushed myself to talk to a girl sitting next to me (only because she's one of the hottest girls I know, and friendliest) and I couldn't even keep the conversation going for more than 20 seconds, my brain was blank.
Lunch time, I had an energy drink. Boom, back to talking to people and conversing with the opposite sex as much as possible. In fact, more than I normally would, so I guess the energy drink gave me a boost over my natural level
So how do you guys deal with the energy problem? I know there must be others out there with the same lethargy at times. I don't plan on drinking energy drinks often or taking 5 hour energy etc more than once a month, so on the days I don't do that how do I stop my game from dropping to nothing?
How do you make sure you have energy? Any better sleeping patterns (I'm aware of the sleep calculator), "techniques", cold shower in the morning, different foods? How?
What do you do to push yourself when you don't have the energy? How do you bounce back without energy drinks or stimulants?
I've been considering coffee every morning, but then I'd be crashed around lunch
