I have the same problem as you do, I am confident and decent at talking to girls and attracting them but I'm how to take it sexual. I feel like of I can't do that in a certain window of time I will get "friendzoned".

Don't just talk : maintain eye contact and touch her. The best way to escalate (at least the one which seems to be the most natural) is via kino.

Well I mean the most basic form of verbal escalation is a compliment. Let her know you think she looks good, and why specifically.

But focus on how to be rather than what to say.. if you do that then good stuff to say will sort of come. Focus on being chill, confident, in a sexual mood. When you force/allow that type of state to come, you'l have the right thoughts, then you express those thoughts.

So to be more chill, breathe deep if you get a bit nervous. Relax tension in your body that you find. Meditate at home occasionally.

Being more confident. Work on telling yourself your fine with who you are, faults and all, and that no one else has effect on that. You'll be fine either way. In the moment you ca engineer a confident feeling just by taking on stronger body language and a more content facial expression. Mind can follow actions in the respect.

For sexuality, embrace your instincts. Look at a girl with a blank mind. Appreciate it. Let your mind and feelings go where they want. Don't avoid that little shift in how you feel inside when you see someone you want to fuck, let it come and let it expand. Casual touch is always a good way to start, a playful push when she says something cheeky, a hand on the small of the back when I'm saying something or when she's saying something and I want to move in closer to hear. If they don't get weird about it, let hands linger etc... If they do get weird about it back off and re-evaluate.
