Sometimes abundance isn't about the options you actually have at the present time, but rather the potential options that you are able to have.

Girls come and go, sometimes you might have 5 girls on the roster that you're actively talking to, you might be sleeping with 2 of them, maybe there's only one girl, and sometimes there will be nobody. It's extremely transient, but every situation is temporary.

If you have no active options with girls it gets hard but accept that this happens to everybody from time to time. It's not the end of the world, and remember nobody can truly know unless you volunteer the information or you let it bleed through in your nonverbal communication. Nonverbal communication is completely affected by your mindset.

If you're dry and you approach a girl then instead of thinking of it like "I'm dry and I have to play my cards with this girl right if I want an option", but think of it instead like "I would like to close the deal with this girl, but if I don't that's okay since at some point down the road I eventually will with another girl"

If it doesn't pan out right then and there it might be the next day, it might be next week, next month, or even next season. Having options isn't just having 5-6 different girls you're talking to at the present moment, it's also knowing that you can always go find someone else.

You always have options, you just haven't met them yet.

Hard isn't it?

This will sound odd but the reason its so hard is because 99.99% of the time people who are learning and teaching this stuff focus on the value of holding eye contact.

I haven't come across advice on this sub yet talking about the value of withholding eye contact.

If you already have good eye contact, if you don't look away from a girl because you just can't handle the pressure then its time to stop constantly looking into their eyes as if you're trying to hypnotize them.

Its not in every instance that breaking eye contact is seen as nervous or weak behavior.

Body language is more intricate than that. Your eyes send a message but so do your facial expressions & your body movements and those are happening at the same time that your eyes are doing things.

If you're not all twitchy with a nervous look on your face then she won't think you're "beta" for looking away.

The proper way to use your eye contact is to have it be earned. That means you look at how she is behaving with you, if she is putting in effort to drive the interaction in the direction that you want it to go then the amount of attention you give her should grow.

If she isn't doing much of that yet then your attention should be scattered and she should have only a small piece of it.

If you're meeting women at a bar you can literally check out other women while you're in conversation with one and make mental notes of how you'd start conversations with them.

This helps you display more non-needy behaviors because you'll already be setting up a plan B, C, D, E, F, & G if it doesn't work out with the first girl.

In a way you're creating abundance on the fly.

When you behave in this way, the girl you're talking to will still feel like she needs to win you over. And if you have any self respect you better let her work to do that.

A good frame to have is a very masculine frame.

There are other masculine traits, but when you are seen as a strong man emotionally and mentally, she will be more interested. Notice I didn't say physically. Physical strength is easy. All you have to do is get a good workout regimen, but it takes mental and emotional strength to handle the pressures of life and relationships as a man.

How do you build mental toughness? Well, for me, I think it's not the addition of thoughts, but the subtraction of thoughts. A clear mind is a confident mind. Once you know what you want and know how to get it, all you have to do is take action. Everyone on this subreddit knows how to get women, but they ask the same questions over and over again. It's not that they don't know what to do, they don't know how to execute and take action without failing.

Michael Jordan is the one of the best basketball players in history, but he missed more shots than he made. Lebron James is our current historical best player in the league and he too missed more shots than he made. Just because you're great doesn't mean you're perfect.

Be great without trying to be perfect.

Get a bunch of phone numbers, text a bunch of girls. Set a bunch of dates. When you don't have time for all of the girls you're talking to and the dates you have/want to set, that's abundance. It doesn't take much, to be honest. For me, 4 girls at one time is too many, 2 or 3 is right, 1 is acceptable, 0 is not enough. When the number is 0, get back on the grind.

But it doesn't matter when the number is zero. She doesn't know that, if you're attractive, she'll assume you have options. Girls tend to assume I'm going out and seeing other girls even when I'm not.

The truth is, girls don't want to know that you are seeing other girls, she wants to know that you can. She wants to feel that you need to be treated well, because if you're not, you'll leave and find somebody else.

It's less about abundance, and more about indifference. She doesn't want to feel like "just another girl" to you, she wants to feel special. Some girls actually are special, most aren't. You only recognize the ones that are by meeting enough of the ones that aren't.

Approach a shit ton of girls in a night out, keep it fun, don’t worry about hitting it off with the first girl that you talk to. Keep on approaching everyone and hopefully, you bring laughter and fun and make a few friends. And then you are warmed up and will definitely come off as less needy because You yourself will be more focused on having fun then being preoccupied with getting sex out of the girl.
