My little take on the introverts vs extroverts battle. Most agree that introverts require more 'recharge' time. Might be obvious to some why they'd need to recharge more.
(inspired by a part of this post http://sebastianmarshall.com/community/50829)
"one difference between extroverts and introverts is that introverts typically monitor details of their social interaction much more than extroverts do[3]. As a result, extroverts can survive and enjoy social activity for much longer before their mental energy starts running dry. Mentally switching off some of the superfluous self-monitoring saves you energy for later."
Switch off the superfluous self-monitoring. How? Meditation. Xanax. Alcohol. Other CNS depressants.
Wondering what works for you, seddit?
