What do you do when a girl looks at you?

I'm trying to understand different approaches you guys take.

Couple of days ago I got my self a new fade and I got a lot of attention on the street.

There was a particularly beautiful girl who checked me out multiple times while hanging around me (I was going somewhere, waiting for my uber on the street).

I just didn’t know how to interact with her or give her signs that I was interested in her too.

This has happened so many times in my life, I catch girls noticing me, checking me out, hanging around me but I just don't know what to do when they do that.

A little context, I'm funny, tall and I can make a girl laugh herself to death, but I can only do that if I build a rapport first.

I'm struggling with establishing first contact.

P.s: I'm not looking for pickup lines, I just want to know the mindset I should have in this kinda situations.
