Downtown last night, it’s a Monday so not too busy. Approach 1: Playing cup pong and these two girls come in and head to the bathroom, alright I’ll ask them to play when they get out. They immediately come over to the pong tables but go to the other one. I ask them if they want to play, they say sure and we play some close games, turns out they are good. I also get their names and find out they go to my college but they didn’t talk much more. After a bit I lose to them and get booted from the table (more people came and it was someone else’s turn) (note: they would be bad in the first half of the game then the second half they would make stupidly lucky shots like missing one cup bouncing off the table rolling around another then falling into a third giving them 3 cups in one shot). Later they were not playing and were at the bar, I went up smiled and said “you guys lost?!” The black hair tattooed one said “we got tired haha” I said “oh wow” then the same girl smiled laughed then playfully pushed me back and outta here hahaha” then turned back to the bar I left them alone. (Yes it was very much a playful thing they did but they didn’t want to talk)

Approach 2: Later that night saw a blond sitting with friends but seemingly bored. I needed a partner so when they game ended and it was my turn to be up to play I tapped her leg and smiled said something like “wanna play?” Shockingly she did, I couldn’t get a conversation going so that was a fail but at least I went up to her.
