I've found girls really don't care about accomplishments.

Just let those come out naturally..

If anything, I often try to hide my accomplishments.

Me talking about them makes me sound try-hard as if I was trying to impress her, rather than just enjoying the connection.

Girls can just sense your core confidence off how you act, you dont need to tell them..

Maybe act like you are a big deal, If you dont believe it enough to portray, how are attractive women to pick up on this? Try acting closer to the person that you live as (until you get around women you want to attract) Own your shit. Others will notice and inquire about it.

I mean, is the situation that you currently talk a lot about your accomplishments and it isn't working or that you currently never talk about your accomplishments and it isn't working?

With a few exceptions, I think talking about oneself is actually a sign of low social status, but that cuts both ways though. A guy who is a $30K millionaire is a lot more likely to appeal to a female who is a $30K millionaire.

My personal recommendation though is to never talk about how much money you make or what you do unless you are asked to talk about it. Don't act cagey either, just make sure you can talk about it in a concise way that reveals just enough but also leaves some stuff unsaid. If you want your status to come through without saying a word, there is clothing, cars, watches, etc.

Just subtly steer the conversation into the direction you want it to go. If she asks you ''How are you?'', you could reply with ''I'm good! Haven't felt this great since I met up with -insert celebrity's name here- during work''. She will probably ask you about your work afterwards.
