Today I made my first approach and am pretty proud of myself. I was eating lunch in a park because it was nice out. By the time I finished eating I noticed an attractive girl sitting like 25 feet away from me. I went up to her and told her I thought she was cute. She had a big smile when I told her and her body language was very open. Of course I was extremely nervous and when I ran out of things to say I just told her again I thought she was cute and to enjoy the rest of her day. Again she smiled and was smiling as I left. Maybe I could have gotten her number but was just so nervous. The interaction was probably only about a minute or two.

It still makes me happy that I got out of my comfort zone and also maybe I made her day a little better. Even without getting a number I am still proud of myself and hopefully won't run out of things after a minute.
