You're getting down to the nitty gritty shit that doesn't matter. Go with what feels natural to you at the moment. These are basic social queues you need to learn on your own. They can't be taught in a textbook.

Once you have gained enough confidence this question will be nonexistent for you because it won't matter. If you want to kiss her, it's done. If you want to hug her, done.

Just go with the flow.

I always go for the hug to start it off just so we immediately break any physical boundaries and I only go for the kiss if I could see myself going on more dates with this girl, if not then hug it out and leave.

Go for the hug and a kiss on the cheek if it's the first time you've met in person, otherwise go right for the lips.

hug? I find that so weird, i consider hugging 'friendly' and if a girl came up to me and hugged me when I first met her, I'd honestly kinda freak out lol.
