Hope this helps, bro. If you're not sure what to talk about keep this advice in mind: there is a successful entrepreneur who came up with the "Pyramid Method" when talking to other people. It basically sums everything up in 4 categories:

Environment - this is where you want to start. Talk about your surroundings: place, cars, nature, what can be observed at that moment etc.
Behavior - next thing, you take the conversation to another level and continue by talking about behaviours. other people's and also your own. what interesting have you done lately? why do you think people do (whatever). you get the point.
Tastes - after these initial levels, you start talking about things you like. hobbies, passions, things you'd like to do more etc.
Values - finally you talk about your values. the things that trigger her emotional feelings. she usually has strong beliefs in family, friends, vocation, her goal and purpose on this planet. ask her what's the best advice she ever received. and go from there.

This is the best way to get her into a comfort level. Then, it's up to you to spike attraction. Be positive, fun and playful. Have some jokes prepared, but don't count on them. You're not her friendly uncle. While talking about passions, you will most likely have something in common. Give her a high five or something. Physical contact is vital. Tease her about having small hands and then say it's cute though. Start kino escalation from there.

Your friend shouldn't be competing with you so don't worry about that. Touch him like you normally would, if your going to the bathroom past his shoulder when you say "I'll be back in a moment.", touching other guys is important for attraction. Don't let other guys touch you without reacting, for example if it's friendly, touch them back. It's a social thing I'm not going to go in depth with just trust me. When you meet her touch her in some way, maybe cozy up close to her grab hip and say something like"I heard some pretty wanted to meet me. When do you think she'll get here?" As far a quick advice goes have fun. You can skip the comfort and qualifying phases because you know eachother through mutual friends. It's an easy first-day- lay. Escalate sexually, if it isn't in the sticky it's like (light and playful touching >arm around shoulder >holding hands >arm around waist maybe kissing >rubbing outer thigh/making out >rubbing inner thigh > nearly sex/petting> sex). Be outgoing and fun, be the center of attention, you want her focused on you.
