I've been doing street game / cold approach, using the London Daygame Model as my framework, for a few months.

I've made a lot of progress with the street approaches. I am pretty comfortable approaching women and engaging. I still struggle to get to actual hook points as i sometimes force them by asking questions before they actually hook (the LDM model says no questions until they hook, so i still have to work on my discipline here) and i think i could be a little more forward/sexual but i'm getting the practice in and absolutely getting better no doubt

I have gotten a lot of dates out of cold approaching. The issue is the dates never seem to go anywhere. I try to keep the conversation focused on the girl and keep the topics positive and emotional - asking about their passions, dreams, what they like to do for fun, their families & friends, etc. I also try to weave in 'romantic' topics like asking them about their first kiss, what they find attractive in a man, etc.

But i can tell they are not perceiving the dates to be fun, it feels more like an informational exchange and they're not really opening up to me. E.g. last night I asked a girl what she found attractive in a man and all she could come up with is 'honesty.' By the end of most of the dates it's tacitly understood that this isn't going anywhere (yesterday's date ended when the girl said to me 'how pissed would you be if i told you i wasn't super into you?' i handled it calmly and maturely but it obviously still wasn't what i was hoping for). I usually go for the kiss and get it but can tell they are kissing back out of obligation rather than genuine desire

Logistics wise these dates are mostly drink dates in the evening. The dates i've done better on were ones that started out at a non-alcoholic venue (usually ice cream) so maybe i should save the drinks for date/venue #2? Kind of grasping at straws here
