I've heard my girl friends complaining about this to me. Guys that see them and behave differently from what they do online.

First and foremost if you do this online it doesn't really show that you're a strong confident guy.

Just go up to her and say something like "I see you so often <possibly a compliment> but I have no idea who you are. My name is Anon" then proceed with a normal conversation and go for the close.

What everyone else said. Introduce yourself and mention you keep running into eachother. Make her laugh/smile for the win and then ask for her number and a coffee date tomorrow/day after.

Next you see just say hi. She might start up a conversation with you. Next after that just say ‘ hey are we friends yet?’ I’m Jon Doe. What’s your name. ?
Then say it. Her name. Say it to yourself too and do t forget it !! Use her name. You love her name!!

And so it goes. Seems like fun.
