Don't think of it as rejection, think of it as a learning experience and move on, don't waste too much of your time overthinking what went wrong

Do it again. And again. And again. You will get a lot better and one day you'll remember it. I remember some of my failures and I don't think negatively about it anymore

Sometimes I'd 'fail' and proceeded to overthink about it. Only started to get really successful after not caring if I failed or not. I got upset with myself for not trying

Awesome! It’s definitely better than the feeling you get when you haven’t acted, or getting friendzoned because you weren’t clear (we’ve allllll been there)

Precisely, enjoy the closure, enjoy the lessons, use em for the next girl and figure out what makes you set girls apart along the way. Once you meet a girl you can't part with get hitched. You'll know cuz you'll want her to like raise your kids and have all eachothers time.

I admire your outlook on it I'm a big man 40s to be precise and it feels like I've been possessed by this gorgeous lady I've met in a food takeaway. Even though I'm in a relationship which is more down than up . This lady on several occasions takes time out to talk to me which feels more than just politeness but I can't pluck up the courage to make a move for fear of rejection which I've always had and never dealt with when I was younger . I realise that its better to confront early on rather than let it drag on and if she is interested that could dissipate due to her thinking that im not interested . Lesson to anyone one younger that might read this is dont be like I was in my teens and 20s and let fear of rejection paralys you because if you don't confront it it will stay with you and I've not learnt anything from being afraid to act in 20 plus years
