The way a girl shows she is interested in a guy is different then the way a guy shows his interest. SO lets focus on what you need to do.

You say you are a touchy person, so I will assume you mean innocently touching a girl. Simple, no risk, touches on arm, shoulder, foot, and maybe hands. All Friendzone stuff.

Those things are still considered innocent\accidental. But it is how this starts.

To flirt, physically, you must continue to touch, but now you move closer, touching her leg, her hips, the back of her head. Back rubs. You whisper to get closer to her, close enough for a kiss.

Verbally, you talk about more suggestive topics like sex, arousal, and foreplay. Some innuendos. You begin to make deeper eye contact while talking slower, with a lower pitch and with pauses.

These things move the meeting from innocent to not-so innocent, where your intentions are becoming clearer to the girl.

The girl, when flirting, will make herself more available to you, and to your touching. She will agree to hang out with you, be with you, stay with you, and allow herself to be with you in a private place...like a bedroom, or house with no other people around...a closed room...

She will smile more at you, even if you did not tell the joke. This can happen when watching a funny movie. She may even touch you a bit, but rarely will she touch you somewhere sexual. In fact, almost anytime a girl touches a guy, its flirting.

Escalate and see what happens. Its that simple. You do it on the fly at the micro level with your direct interactions, and calculated the macro level with planning dates, trips, etc...

Friendly flirting is without the intention of wanting to get with cause you could pay a guy and girl the same compliment, but it doesn't need to mean more than that. Seductive flirting is obvious in the methods like touching, word power, or any non-verbal cues. But if you friendly flirt, it should be clear that it's nothing more because some people start assuming things and then feelings are hurt.

From personal experience i'll say this; yes sometimes it sucks. Sometimes even i feel like skipping my workouts. Like Leg day is really intense and exhausting for me; While doing dumbbell lunges i ask myself why the f*** did i join the gym. But then i tell myself to be Trans and go about the work. I'll tell you this small story- The reason i joined the gym was because i lost in arm wrestling to someone i hated and not only did he break my arm, i was ridiculed upon by the guy I was trying to win over. One more reason was that most guys I want to hook up with only want to only hook up with the "good looking girls" I'm not implying that i'm ugly but not drop dead gorgeous.These two reasons made me realize that i needed to work out,so that i could avenge myself in that arm-wrestling loss and so that i'll have a muscular and ripped body. Make yourself realize why you joined that gym,Visualize the benefits you'll have overtime. Try to focus while working out on your exercise and your form.And one reason you could be losing focus maybe that your over-trained/did not get adequate rest and hence were fatigued.That's all i can say kiddo
