I'm not a pickup artist or a "stud" by any means. However I'm going through the same kind of mental brain storm you're going through. What I would say though is one, improve your confidence, body language. pick up a hobby, doesnt matter what it is, just get good at it and develop it into a real skill. Dress well, read books and take care of your hygienes. Most importantly make plans/ have a daily routine. Once you have all that together, you're basically all set. A man that knows how to take care of himself and is not a follower will attract women.

Ok. That sounds good. Thank you! I hope that I will PM you in 4-5 months to tell you how helpful this advice was.

I've found that working out and dieting (mainly working out) increases confidence by tons man and honestly I think that's the first step to having becoming a great pick up artist

Yes. I think confidence can make up for lacking some other skills as well. Thank you!

Dunno, really. I'm not sure that that's how it works, to be honest. My stud friends all seem to be losers in life! (apart from when it comes to getting with girls lol)
But last year I took up playing a sport for a team, got a better job, taught myself the piano (i'm not mozart, but people are somewhat impressed) and guitar and went sky-diving a few times. Also started reading some books which is something i've never done. I hate reading!
Hasn't changed anything with girls to be honest, but I guess self improvement is always good. I just now believe that it's irrelevant when it comes to getting laid

I really don’t know, I read so much about seduction and self-improvement that I feel I am going crazy. 😂 I don’t know which information is bad or good anymore.

Mate, I know how you feel. I've read so much game stuff (8 books and 4 RSD programs) that EVERY single concept is disputed in the the various books! It can make you feel like you're going crazy and that you don't know what to do at ALL!!
End of the day, self improvement is always good, but I really wouldn't necessarily expect it to suddenly make girls want to jump your bones! I'm not sure they care at all. My friend plays playstation and gets high for like 16 hours per day, and loads of hot girls want him. Do things for you. You could spend the next 5 years doing all kinds of cool shit, skydiving everyday, learning new languages, musical instruments, bla bla bla, but it wouldn't necessarily have ANY effect at all in terms of getting laid.
That only comes from being around tonnes of girls and making loads of approaches and getting the 'situational confidence' where you're super comfortable approaching hot girls. I think that's why lots of 'inner game' stuff is bullshit. The confidence from one thing isn't really 'transferable'.
As for your actual 'game', as I say, since every single PUA disagrees on nearly every POSSIBLE point, in a way, youi don't even need to worry about it too much. Whatever you do (indirect, direct, compliments, no compliments, show intent, don't show intent, be aloof etc etc etc) will be 'correct' according to at least one PUA, so get comfort from that! lol

Maybe he looks good. When you look good, you love yourself and you express this thing to other people around you. Yeah, I learned this just 3 minutes ago, I watched this Eliott Hulse's video about man boobs (because I have man boobs even if I have 143 pounds and I am 5ft 10) and he teaches that. Maybe that's my problem, I don't love myself enough.

Mostly work out because it makes you look good, and move more purposefully aka you don't look weak or uncoordinated. And generally, gives girls a sense that you wouldn't simply crumple and fall over in a fight for her life.
And develop a sense of humor, listen to comedians and pick up on how they come up with funny observations of every day events. Doesn't have to be weird, i'm sure you've got friends you crack jokes with, you could probably just listen to their cd's a few times and pick it up their style of humor with out actually making a conscious effort to do so.
I like Hannibal Buress, Mitch Hedberg, early Louis CK, Bill Burr, etc
Sounds like a strong advice. Thank you, I think my sarcasm is good, but my humor is not for everyone, so I will look into it!

When I started working on my own self improvement (about a year ago) I just stepped back from life for a bit and deeply reflected inward.
Figure out your strengths so you can play them up and use them to your advantage on your self improvement journey, and honestly admit to yourself (because a lot of people won't be honest with themselves, and in turn make no progress forward) the areas you lack and start immediately improving those.
Ideally, you'll play up your strengths and while working on your weak points (ie Social Skills, Time Management, Lack of Style basically anything you feel needs improvement in your day to day life)
Also, it's a lengthy process so while you should keep your end goals always in mind to help you along don't focus too much on them as you'll overlook the small steps/victories on your journey. I would easily get discouraged, until one day I realized I needed to go light on myself and enjoy the small victories in life.
Just focus on the things you want, and work on becoming the person you want to be. Generally, it's different for everyone so there is really no "On Size Fits All" advice other then to keep positive, take care of your mind and your body, and keep moving forward.
Best of luck!
Yes, probably I shouldn't explore enough. Maybe I have to try more things and see what works for me better. Thank you!
