Don't think there are absolutes you can draw from any culture. But having a different accent makes you sexy when abroad, which probably leads to the wild claims that women in other countries, but not your own, are easy..

I think you hit the nail on the head as far as foreign women being more open/adventurous/down for a good time in America. From my experience (a few middle-eastern women), they are a lot more fun to be around. Not sure if that's just what I am attracted to or that they are perhaps, exited to be in America and eager to enjoy themselves.

I am Brazilian, lived in the US and France, my girlfriend is canadian.

Latinas(women born in countries that speak latin-based languages such as Spain, Brazil, Mexico) tend to be more loosen, they are much more welcoming and warm. Kino is much MUCH easier. They are more down to party. And here there is no phone close bullshit, and we 99% of the times make out within the first half-an-hour. So yes, they are also more kinky in a sense.

My experience is around brazilian girls mostly, but I also have picked up canadians, americans, portuguese, middle-eastern, spanish and australians(one of the best).

Yes. The cultures are different. People from Latin America, in general, tend to have smaller space bubbles and are, in general, more touchy-feely than Americans.

But it wasn’t until I visited Cancun that I realized these girls were just way more approachable, open, and down to have a good time than their American counterparts.

Well, I'm going to overlook the sloppiness of you conflating ALL international girls with Mexican girls or even with Brazilian girls, but aside from that, yes, there are differences.

Maybe their guard is not constantly up, or it could be that the ladies willing to leave their home country to come to the US for school are just automatically going to be more open/fun in general.

It's not so much about guard being up or not. It's about cultural norms. American girls pass on a certain idea to each other as they grow up, about what dating and other interactions with guys should be like. Other cultures are more open, and some aren't.

For example, women from some Asian countries would be less open, in some ways, even than Americans are.

Each nationality is different. Some are very conservative so while they are at the club drinking, they totally will not fuck you. Others only stick to their own kind (Indians). Others come from really repressive backgrounds so they want to get loose (lots of Arab, Persian girls). Brazilians I've noticed are very liberal. Canadians are the best.
