I don't want to write a huge FR because I talked to a lot of women last night and didn't close. But some cool things happened.

My roommate had some friends over for a small party - about 20 people. One HB9 I notice. I join the party and make small talk with my roommates. Some guy I don't even know introduces HB9 to me and disappears. She's staring me straight in the eyes in a way that says: "this is your chance". I'm thinking "maintain frame, stand straight, good energy, positive vibe". Good 5 minute conversation with minor IOI's and almost non-stop eye contact. Maybe one or two touches. She is pulled away by a friend then subsequently disappears from the party. Great inner state boost for me. I feel extremely confident. I had drawn an HB9 to me just through my frame - the way I had been interacting with the people at the party. If I hadn't been concentrating so much on my frame I could have pulled her. If I keep this up for another month I will be able to.

I flirt pretty strongly with another one of the girls but she has some strange relationship with my roommates friend. He brought her there and he was her ride home. There used to be something between him and her and now they just hang out together. But she is giving me really strong IOI's, holding my hand, talking with sexual innuendos, etc. I need to clarify her relationship with this guy (who is also becoming my friend) before I can move forward with that.

At least 2 or 3 very positive interactions with other women at the party. Strong flirting and lots of touching. One HB7 got drunk enough to get over her own anxiety and she got very friendly. She ended up following the majority of the party people to a club and I ended up going to some bars with a new guy friend I met at the language exchanges. We approached and opened 4 or 5 sets but nothing came of it other than some fun conversations.

If I had to say what my mistake was, it was strategy. I have tactics down now. I am getting good interactions and my practice is paying off with high-quality girls giving me opportunities. But I need to plan to close. For example, I could have followed HB7 to the club, isolated her and brought her back home. For some reason I thought going to bars and approaching new women was a good idea. But I need to stop practicing tactics and start thinking long-term strategy.
