Background on me, I'm 19 and I met this girl in college, but didn't talk to her until summer. This girl is a 9.5, one of the hotter girls at my large college.

Back over the summer before I read PUA material I went to hang out with a girl. We had some great attraction building convos late into the night, so I decided we should hang out. I told her we should make some cookies since thats what we had talked about.

I drove out about 30 minutes to her house out in the crappy suburbs. This was kind of awkward since I was driving my dad's nice Audi and I hate talking about my family's money or anything like that. We went in and it was clear she was pretty immature. She pretty much acted like a middle schooler, and was telling her mom she was embarrassed about her and shit like that. It got to the point were I was feeling awkward and decided just to become buddies with her mom. She thought this was strange that I was so polite and friendly towards her mom, and this was a major turn off for me since she was being mean to her. I took her out to dinner, TGIF her choice, we had a nice time. We racked up a large bill, and since she clearly didn't have much money I paid for it. We went back to her house, I became BFFs with her mom, but then I had to leave since my dad got into a wreck.

After that, we just didn't talk much. It was slightly mutual, since I was turned off by her attitude, and whatever her deal was.

Fastforward to last week. She starts writing on my wall a lot and then eventually texts me that we should blaze and watch some scary movies. It was really out of the blue, but I said sure whatever, thinking she was just looking for more attention and was gonna flake again. She kept texting me however about when we were gonna watch it. I gave her a time and she came by. She was clearly dressed up. We snuggled a bit, but my roomies and frat bros kept barging in so we didn't have much of an opportunity. I walk her home, and just leave with a hug. Probably a mistake by me, but whatever. This was on tuesday.

Yesterday, Wednesday, she initiates a text convo with me, and we text a bit. I always make sure to never send the last text in the convo.

I'd post the convo, but it pertains to stuff that'd be a longer story.

So I'm wondering what her intentions are here. She responded to kino well, but it's just so out of the blue that I don't really understand. She's super hot, and could get any guy on campus, and I just don't understand why she would resurge our relationship after so long. I believe she dated some dude in between our date and now. She has told me her mom keeps asking how I'm doing and that we should hang out more often, but this probably doesn't help me.

I have a fun event tonight that she could help with, but dunno if I should text her for the third day in a row. I don't want to be too available.

So what do you guys think is going on here? Do I invite her tonight, or wait till tomorrow to invite her to drink?
