Hey all

I did some daygame earlier today. I went to a bookstore because I'm looking for something to read. And why not use this opportunity to sarge.

The bookstore is quite big and actually has a boardgame segment which I visited first. Not a big fan of boardgames but we. I saw a girl checking out a game which I played with some mates a while ago.

SN: "Do you like that game"?

Girl: "Idk, that's why I'm planning to buy it. Seems fun though."

SN: "It's a fun game, I played it a while ago with some friends. I can definitely recommend it for people looking for a casual game. I'm looking for some new games myself (that's a lie actually).

Girl: "Oh I know nothing about boardgames, sorry. Thank you very much for the tip, I'm going to buy it!"

I said yw and continued. At the fiction part I was slowly walking near a girl, which I didn't find very attractive. But when I saw her looking at me I went in and asked what kind of book she was looking for. She said she needed something for her vacation next week. We actually talked for a few minutes here until she excused herself, she had to leave. I guess her looking at me was a sign of interest. In any case, this was my most successful convo.

At the cooking section there was a young girl looking around. I asked her if she wanted to learn to cook. She said not really. I answered with something like it's always good to know how to cook.

I saw a girl picking up Mark Manson's newest book and asked her if she liked his previous book. She said she loved it and it changed her life for the good (even though I usually read bad things about it).

Then I saw a gorgeous girl which I recognized from college. I asked her if she remembers me and she said unfortunately not. I said wow what a coincidence meeting each other after all this time and said bye. FUCK! I could have transitioned to so many things (did you actually enjoy college? What are you up to now?). I haven't seen this girl in ages, if it went wrong I simply would never see her again.

I ended up buying the 'A song of ice and fire' books and headed home.

Notes to self:

1) I always need to stay in set until the girl leaves herself. I usually excuse myself after the opener, I don't really know why. I guess it seems awkward to linger around?

2) Need to figure out when to go for the number.

Comments are welcome.
