So I live at a college, so the environment around here is very different to most of the FRs here I guess. So there's an HB8 that I sorta-liked, but she was caught in the middle of complications so I left her alone. Fastforward a few months and we she's in a good place and I've had a few wins under my belt.

So we're out at the local pub, but since I kinda like this girl a bit of one-itis sets in and I struggle to go in for the kiss. Anyway, we have a good time, I play it pretty well and genuinely build attraction. Plenty of kino, got her playing pool as my partner which was a good opportunity for kino and to tease her a little. Anyway, I got her back to my room afterwards, we talked for ages (mainly about music, we share similar tastes) introduced each other to a whole bunch of new bands on youtube, etc. I tried to escalate, wary of ending up in the friend zone and she put up a bit of LMR, turns out that shit I mentioned earlier has left a fair impact on her and she still doesn't completely trust men. So after talking for awhile she left to go to her own bed.

At this point I'm feeling like an AFC, so I built myself up and gathered the courage to go to her room and knock, not particularly smooth but I go in for the kiss and we makeout for awhile. She was into it, I know for a fact she's a virgin and she's pretty shy so I didn't really want to push it any further. I almost lost my game and it got kinda awkward after we stopped making out, but I can understand that this stems from my reluctance to escalate. Ended up saving it by just talking for ages, despite how it sounds, I get the impression she's keen (had her head resting on my shoulder, cuddling a little) we made out again before I left for my bed (at about 4am, I started school at 8 the next morning, not particularly fun).

So, despite a few issues, and losing my game at a few inopportune times I'm pretty happy with how this went. I'm really wary about ending up in the friend zone though, I'm interested in an LTR ideally, but I know it's quite early yet. Where would seddit recommend I go from here?
