Let me start this post off by saying that this was my friend's experience. I haven't posted here in a while because I have found a wonderful girl who is now my significant other(yes she's watching me type this, send help). Now on the story. It was halloween night. We were at this place that's halfway between a bar and a club. This setting is actually a great one to meet women because it has dancing, pool, beer pong, and "cheap" drinks. Everyone was dressed up and having a good time. My friend, the one that this is about, is about 5'8 and a very handsome guy. The type that has girls talking about how handsome he is behind his back. His costume had an interesting accessory that people kept grabbing.

In 30 minutes he had 4 girls grab this accessory asking if it was real, if it worked, and even if they could use it on him. He had no idea what to say and struck out with every single girl that approached him. Guys always complain of wanting girls to approach them but do you even know what to do with one when she comes to you?

So after missed chance number 4 I got my girl's permission and stepped in. We took a couple shots or fireball to fill him with liquid courage and went out to the dancefloor. I told him to follow my lead and just started high fiving everyone I saw on the way there and sure enough he was doing it too. There were two girls dancing together and I came in and split them up. I think I said something like "I'm bringing some sausage to this taco party WOOO!" the girls laughed and we danced for a little bit. I say "lets get some shots" and we move the girls over to the bar. We take the shots and start talking to the girls. The whole time my gf is eying me down like she's gonna kill me lol. The girl he was dancing with grabs his accessory and I lean over to her and tell her "careful it's loaded let him show you how it works" I then whisper in his ear "pretend you are a sexy golf instructor and wrap around her from behind". The girl totally goes with it and starts grinding on him. I told the girls to come to our table and meet our friends but they said they were gonna go soon. I told him to asks for the girl's number and give her a 3 second kiss, no tongue, if she gives it to him. She did and he did, all good. We went back to our table and his confidence had skyrocketed. He was talking to girls left and right and even got 2 more numbers and a makeout.

So looks aren't everything. Especially not at a bar or club where there are plenty of good looking people around.

Alcohol is a crutch but no one tells a guy with a broken leg not to use a crutch. If you need, use it, but never stop trying to stand on your own.
