So I invite this girl (HB6?) who was into me already in some level to go out. She's a friend of a friend who volunteered her number to me a week ago.

So I've formed one of those sets of me + girl + her girl friend. What I can only assume to be a pickup artist tries a great routine with my group.

He starts with a great situational pickup line, and then breaks into Taost philosophy. Unfortunately for him, I'm into the game as well as a little Taoism.

I use the usual alpha-blowout method - befriend the AMOG, and agree and amplify any "negs" he throws at me. Now that we're friends, he gets a little more uncomfortable "stealing" chicks away from me. Otherwise, he had great body language and frame.

He also had one other thing going against him - he smelled like cigarettes, which was a real turn off for the nonsmoking girls.

Anyways, like the pickup newb that I am, I cannot manage to close for the life of me. I feel uncomfortable escalating in front of my mutual friend of my "target". Isolating means abandoning the mutual friend, which I'm just not gonna do. All I manage is a little kino escalation and dancing. Girl luvs the spins. But I'm pretty sure she's into me.

And now I'm back here. I also approached a couple sets before this and got blown out every fucking time. Even dudes wanted nothing to do with me. Sigh.
