As my name implies, I'm still learning a few things but overall I'm pretty happy where I am. I got out of a 5 year relationship about 6 months ago and have been reading PUA stuff ever since. Here goes.

Friday night, me and two buddies head out to a karaoke bar. The place was PACKED. I mean, for a karaoke bar, I was thoroughly impressed with the sheer volume of people. We arrive at about 10:30 and stand in line. Unfortunately the doorman's policy was 1-out-1-in so I knew we'd be standing in line for a little bit. We jump in line and there is a group of guys behind us and a set of 2 girls and 2 guys in front of us.

I assume that both of these girls are with (as in gf/bf) the guys but decide to open the HB6 who was standing closest to me with some friendly convo. Why not since we have to wait a while anyway right? I ask basic stuff like "you plan on singing tonight?", "what's your go-to song?", ect and then build on the conversation depending on how she answered. She was friendly and very receptive to the conversation as well as the other guy who was with the other girl. I would lightly kino her by grabbing her arm or touching the small of her back during the conversation and she would reciprocate. Again, I took this all as her being very friendly, as was I. She would also keep stepping back to the guy I perceived she was with and engaging him in different convos. In short I opened her, had friendly convo with a bit of kino until their group finally got into the bar.

Now my group is next in line, waiting to get in. We finally do and I happen to notice that the group we were talking to took a seat at the bar. We walked past them and met up with my buddy's sister and a group of her friends. About 45 minutes elapse and I need to use the bathroom. As I'm exiting the bathroom, I see the HB6 and her group still sitting at the bar. I decided I'd go up and give them crap for just hanging out at the bar. I walk up behind her, put my hands on her shoulder the way you would grab your buddy and sort of shake her and asked "Why are you just sitting at the bar still?" "What happened to getting up there and rocking out?"

She says something for an excuse and then asks me to sit down and join them. At this point I noticed that her guy she was with was no where to be found and I didn't bring it up. I sat in the stool next to her and now its me, HB6, her HB7 friend and the other guy. We talk for a bit about whatever while I'm still maintaining my friendly frame like I was outside because I really didn't know where the other guy was and was still under the assumption they were together. Out of no where, the "shot girl" comes and asks us if we want anything. However, these shots were jello shots in these tubes which needed one person to blow and one to suck (or receive the projectile jello). This concept was foreign to me and HB6 so she had to try it and even threw in an innuendo about being better at blowing. She blows, I receive (I know how gay it sounds, bare with me) and a little bit ends up on the side of my mouth. She says "let me get that for ya" and licks it off and immediately transitions to a make-out. GAME ON. For about an hour, we sit at the bar, make-out, I've felt everything on her and knew this was leading to a F-close. The other guy suggests we all bounce to his place and continue to have drinks there. We all agree and we catch a cab.

Get to his place, we have a few more drinks, heavy kino, the works. We also have agreed that she is going back to my place so F-close was now on lock. Its getting late and I notice that she appears to be getting tired. I knew it was time to get out of there so I call a cab and we take it to where she is parked. She drives me to my place and initiate F-close within 30 seconds of opening the door. Next morning, F-close again and the best part was is that we both were very upfront about not wanting a relationship and agreed that this will be a nice FWB deal. I also asked her what about me made her decide to be so forward about everything. She said it was because I acted like I didn't give a fuck and was playing hard to get. haha. We exchanged numbers and agreed to hit one another up whenever we were out and about again. Hopefully she stays true to her word about the FWB, but it was a great night nonetheless.

tl;dr: Opened a girl in line who I thought had a bf, she ends up making out with me and heavy kino, end up taking her to my place for the f-close.

EDIT: Funny thing was is we didn't even know each others name until we were on our way back to my place...Maybe she enjoyed the mysteriousness of the whole thing. It just honestly never came up in any of the conversations.
