Arrived at the scene 4 hours late, about 200 people with around 10 girls. Did a quick walk-around approaching everyone, about 3 girls were cute enough for me to be attracted to them, and only with 1 I had some semblance of chemistry with. Did the normal stuff: assume attraction, tease, kino escalate, etc. The other 9 guys in our set had a look on their faces of "WTF how is this guy such a socially awesome penguin" the whole night--I wasn't doing anything special, nor was I playing out my best game. We ended with her sitting on my lap, among other things.

I can't give any more details, obviously since everyone there was a redditor and it would compromise my anonymity.

Reason for this FR: Even if the ratio of girls:guys is 1:20, it doesn't actually matter since generally speaking in situations where the ratio is horrible it turns out that 99% of the guys have no game anyway. So don't let it get to your head, and proceed as normal.
