Trying something new. Instead of writing a chronological order FR, I've noted some things to take away from my night out Friday night in hopes that it will help/inspire others. Tell me what you guys think of the format.

talk to everyone - Began the night at a professional happy-hour-type bar. Moved on to Santana Row later. Then moved to downtown San Jose. Had a blast everywhere we went because we were the life of the party. Moreover, opening sets later in the night became easier after having gained some social lubrication.

having a great wing is great. Gives you DHV, you know you can trust him. You aren't scared of anything, even if there's a fight he's got your back. - started the night with people from work. Someone I know from work stayed and decided to go out with me. We moved to Santana Row and it was on. Dude can talk to women. First set we opened were moving, and they asked us to move with them to a table. Second set was a Bachelorette party. They were fun, too. Every set I opened, my wing was there ISO'ing someone. Whether male, female, married, whatever, he'd pick someone, ISO, and start talking. The dude was not only social proof, but also just a great wing to have around. I never felt uncomfortable in any set I was in.

Be the life of the party. - Wherever we went, we were the center of attention. Whether it was at the venue with the Bachelorette party, at another venue where we were constantly dancing with women, or at our last venue where we were talking to everyone. We created the frame that we are the coolest guys there and people should want to talk to us.

Use Disqualification - At the dance club, we're at the bar getting drinks. I'm talking to everyone. There's a cute girl getting a drink. I tell her "I'm taken" (stolen from Style). She smiles, and I say, "but I think you're cute." Set hooks. However, I don't know how to get out of the frame as she kept saying, "so, you have a girlfriend?" And, "what about your girlfriend?" I'm sure it doesn't matter though, because she put her number in my wing's phone, and this is after he told her he had a girlfriend.

pre-selection - We were talking and dancing with the above girls for quite some time. While we were dancing, I noticed these girls behind giving us major proximity IOIs. When the original girls go to the bathroom, I simply turn around and start dancing with the girls behind us. Boom, we're in that set and they're buying temp is already high. Later, my friend was confused about how that worked so well, so I had to tell him about the principles of pre-selection. He was amazed.

Dance - Finally, dance. If you don't know how, or feel uncomfortable, learn. Take a lesson. But fellas, it's just something you've got to do. If you can get out on that dance floor and be the life of the party, it makes everything so much easier.

Improvements/thing to work on: Physical game.
