I make plans during work for things I want to do after work. But usually psych myself out of doing them and end up just going home. Yesterday I planned on heading to my local Krogers and then to Great Clips.

As I was leaving work I felt myself beginning to psych myself out and start to head home, rather than to the stores. I'm heading towards an off ramp on the freeway and I glance of at the car next to me, a HB6 or 7 glances over at the exact same time. Eye contact. Usually in the past I would quickly glance away, but yesterday I held eye contact and smiled. She smiled back and then sped up a little bit.

It felt so fucking amazing that I immediately wanted more. So I didn't get on the off ramp and instead proceeded to my local Krogers. Upon parking, there was a HB6 or 7 with her kid on one arm loading up her car. She had a huge carton of water on the bottom of her cart and a case of beer. I approached her, smiled and asked if I could help her with them. She said that would be great, and proceeded to put her kid in the car. She commented about how great it was for the help and thanked me for it. And then we had a short exchange about the type of beer she picked out. She thanked me again, and I proceeded into the store.

I was feeling it. Feeling more confident than I have in YEARS. I was only picking up a couple things, but I was smiling at everyone. The checkout lines were really full so I did the self-checkout. Smiled and made eye contact with a HB6 working there, she smiled back. I checked out, looked back and smiled again, she smiled back.

Walk out of Krogers drop the stuff off in my car and head to Great Clips. Walk in, sign in, and I'm smiling and making eye contact with all the girls working there. My name is called by an easy HB6 milf and I sit down. We start talking about the day, I'm asking questions, here or there, and she just talks, and talks, and talks, I'm listening and nodding, and making remarks where I think I need to. She mentions her grandbaby, and I comment how I never would have pegged her for being a grandmother. She comments how sweet that is and finishes up my hair. I get a rinse and comment about how the last time I was in, the girl used this shampoo that smelled awesome. So we walk out to the store and she shows me a couple bottles. After the 2nd one I smell I think it's the one that I'm thinking about and she TOUCHES MY FOREARM and says that it does smell really good, and she likes that smell on a man. I make another comment about how I'm looking for styling gel or wax or something that I can use to hold my hair, but doesn't have a greasy feel to the touch. She points out this bedhead product called manipulator. She puts some in my hair, I feel it and it's not that greasy, she says that it even feels more natural as the day/night progresses. So I pick up the shampoo and bedhead product and she writes down her name on my reciept in big sharpie letters and says to look her up next time I get a haircut.

Needless to say, this was the most human interaction I have had outside of work, family and friends, and this was with the public. It felt so fucking amazing. I've been doing /r/keto to lose weight and I've already lost 45 lbs, with about that much to go. But I feel better, and I feel that I look better too. Then I find seddit just when I'm feeling more confident about myself and become even more confident. I've only read the newbie stuff yesterday and again today, but I'm onboard. I'm ready to live my life the way I want to live it and the way it should be lived. To the fullest!
