I don't know what else to call this, but it doesn't deserve to be a field report, because I made 0 approaches last night. I went out at midnight with two beers in me, and I really had no other problems preoccupying my mind, other than that I was tired and didn't want to really go out, but knew I had to. The goal was 3 approaches and 1 phone number. First bar: I see one girl behind a bunch of guys that notices me as soon as I walk in. I should have just gone in and introduced myself. Next I see two girls and a guy sitting on a bench on the wall, and I totally could have opened them, easily, but I didn't. Leave the bar, go to the ATM, see two girls sitting down and I say, "Happy Birthday!". A bit confused, they say, "Have a great day!" I go to a dance club, get my groove on the dance floor, and one tall ugly African American woman tries to dance with me, but I didn't want to. Two short cutish girls were to my right, and on a different night, I could have just turned one of them to me, grabbed their hands and start dancing, but I didn't. I lame out at the bar for a while and then go home. LAME. I don't think I had approach anxiety, maybe a little, but I wasn't leading from my man core, didn't remind myself what I wanted, and just went by instinct. I.E. I think I was just thinking too much instead of doing. I feel completely lame this morning, knowing I could have had much more fun yesterday, and now have to wait a few days before the clubs fill up again.
