Let's make a list of ways to hijack and dominate a girl's frame. It can start with an opening playful neg about her outfit, and then a judgement or a question to get her to justify it:

"Nice flipflops. Still trying to hang on to Summer?" ("Yeah, it was beautiful day today.") Judgement: "Wow, you just don't want to let it go, do you" (Yeah, I love the outdoors).

"That's not a real toga." ("I'm dressed as a goddess") Justification question: "Oh yeah what ways could you be a goddess?"

Look at your cute little booties! ("Oh, now you're cutting on me") Justify: "Well, you're the one who wore them...What kind of look were you going for?" ("I don't know, I just like wearing them")

The next step is you need a segway to change the subject, but continue dominating the frame.

You could change to interview mode and say "What's up with you, what brings you here tonight?" Talk about why she's there and then you can break back into pua mode with a compliance test by taking her hand: "Commere, let's go sit down/grab a drink." This is the "pull" and it puts the girl into dating mode by taking control of her movement. You can take her hand and pull her towards you, or lead her to come with you, or you can just step around her and grab her shoulders and adjust her stance facing you).

If the girl balks, you can say "Aren't you coming with me? Come on!" or ask her qualifying questions: "What's wrong?" "Are you not available?" "Don't you want to come with me?" or push away: "Are you just keeping to yourself tonight?" "Would you rather be left alone here?

So, the order goes opener/opening neg, discussion, what's up interview, and then the pull which changes the subject and frame to you/me/us as a couple.
