First off. I'm forcing myself to post more to keep myself interested(for lack of a better term, I'm definitely interested in improving myselft), in seddit. I find being on seddit a lot helps me want to push myself more than reverting back to old habits and never changing.

Looking for some advice, mainly when it comes to asking for the number. I find the barrista at my local coffee shop attractive, and we often chat etc. Anyway, she said that my coffee was on her the other day, and I went in yesterday and had planned to say "Hey, thanks for the coffee yesterday, but now you have to let me buy you a beer". Or something to that affect. I went in, and fucking froze. I thought of every excuse as to why I couldn't (It was quiet and her boss /coworkers all around), but I guarantee even if it was busy then I would have used that as an excuse. Even after I had decided to not ask and just talk as per usual I was still awkward as shit. I plan to go back Monday and ask her then. Any advise would be vastly appreciated.
