This post is all over the place.. why wouldn't you want a girl to know your intrested in her..? Doesn't making any sense if you actually are. Girls love that shit even if they don't like you.

However, I feel like I have lost many Girls due to the fact that I am not the best starting conversations. You know, sometimes, I begin to talk to a girl finding an excuse, and knowing her, you know; her age, living place, likes, hobbies... However, I don't know if maybe I am too direct, but feel like the girl rapidly loses interest in me and sometimes ends up even ignoring me. (Usually, this happens if the girl has very high level. If she likes me I often end up getting her)

I see a potential issue here in your mindset. You're talking about a girl with "a very high level." But this is really a cage you're making for your mind. Think this through: Have you ever been in a room full of guys trying to decide on who is a "10?" There's never any consensus. One man's "10" is another man's "6" or "7." And one guy's "10" is usually put down as a "6" or lower.

It's the same with this idea of "levels." You see a girl with a high level, but there are guys who'd see her as a scrub or uninteresting, and those guys would call you weird for making shit complicated.

My point is that you are possibly transmitting this attitude that you've lowered yourself and put her on a pedestal. And that this leads to her not wanting to interact with you.

What can I do to make this conversation more fluid? I want to know how to make her know that I am interested without making it too obvious (Since if it's too obvious she will definitely end up ignoring me)

You'd start with an attitude hack. You have to do what you can to reinforce the idea that this girl is merely attractive to you. Not some "higher level."

More importantly, you ought to consider the fact that you don't even know these girls. You're pegging them as high level, but they might be lame as fuck. So why would you grant them a pass, based mainly on looks?

I think the lack of standards inherent in this approach is also working against you.

Summary of what I need: How to start a conversation with a random girl that is in your social circle, so you have her number, but have never talked to her, making the conversation not too creepy and making it pass to the step where she is receptive about compliments and seduction things.

Couple of things:

If she's in your social circle, you'll be around her so conversations will be happening that you can join. Not complicated.
Having her number when you've never talked to her, shouldn't really be happening. It's a little awkward that you have it despite having never talked to her; so the reality is, until you do talk to her, you should be acting as if you really don't have it.
Non-creepy conversation: you have it by paying attention to her as you interact with her. (In person, at first.) And then you adjust for fire with the information you pick up as you pay attention and actively listen, etc.
You don't really make her receptive to compliments. She'll either be, or she won't be. Besides which, this is a dead-end. It's not any sort of fundamental, required step for you to compliment someone.
You don't really make her receptive to seduction. She does that on her end. What you do is interact with people as playfully and confidently as you can, while paying attention to the feedback you're getting. And what will happen is that she'll be playing back at you, and you escalate when someone does that.

I think they don't like if they know you totally like them.

It's not that. It's not this either:

As long as you are investing more in yourself, and putting your goals and ambitions before hers, you can be as forward as you want.

The issue when they know you "totally like them," is that this is really talking about a guy who doesn't place any priority on his own life, goals, ambitions, etc.

Putting your goals and ambitions "before hers," is close, but not quite. The important idea is not that the guy always puts himself first. It's that he can balance what he wants in life, and is aware of what she wants and capable of taking that into consideration, without sacrificing what he wants in the process.
