Keep on doing what you're doing, see her regularly, build the sense of familiarity she has with you.

However make sure you keep the attraction alive, keep up the seduction and don't just become stagnant and boring because you think you have the sex locked down. Do new things, go on exciting dates, pursue great sex and so on.

You need to have a chat "what does she want out of this?" and be honest. Don't pretend you only want friends with benefits indefinitely. "I'm happy to take it slow but I like you and would rather we were exclusive" or something along those lines.

I've witnessed numerous friends go from "Oh he's so keen, I'm not sure about him", to "I like him but I'd never make him my boyfriend, we're just casual" to "I'm going to ask him out and make it official" over a few months.

No can easily become a yes, sometimes people need to sort their feelings in their head out. Don't confuse this with being strung along. Most important thing is communication but don't be pestering her twice a week to be exclusive (contradictory I know)

For a woman to commit, she needs to see long term security. Are you pursuing real life goals? Are you genuinely passionate about what you want in life? Are there things you can accomplish together? Your life can't be about the girl. You have to have a life that she wants to be a part of. (that's the reason confidence works on ~~women~~ people...because they see someone who knows what they are doing and where they are going)
