If you take your time you might end up getting one in the long run. If you go in hot and heavy you might get a few but you'll have a bad reputation. I'm in the same situation as you, what I do is mess around with the quiet ones. That way I can keep my rep in the office. It's not the hot and heavy approach though.

I'd say if I were to game in the office, I'd be upfront about it. Don't be a lying slimeball who will do whatever for a tussle. That will get around in short order.

If you're going to game, game and be upfront about it with the women you're hooking up with, and if you're going to snipe, do it and don't spin plates until it's done and over with.

Women in the workplace is a risky proposition. Even if you do everything right, if you merely piss off the wrong woman, they can have you jobless as soon as, "He looks at me funny and it makes me uncomfortable." comes out of her mouth.

Too bad. Here it is again. Don't shit where you eat. Seriously, unless you work in a place with NO work policies (and even then it can be risky), women can fuck you and then blackmail you afterwards, you can lose your job, create a shitstorm of stress and drama, get sexual harrassment charges, and even have trouble finding another job in the industry. Don't be a little scarce bitch. There's tonnes of hot women outside your work place too. Just make good friends with all the attractive women at your work and use them as wingwomen to meet their friends or random women.

At the MOST you should only use these girls to invite you to their social events and hook you up with their friends. If they are hot, they usually hang out with hot people. If they are hot, get them to be your wing girl.

Not gaming at work isn't realistic if you work 60 hrs a week there. If you're just a regular 9 to 5 I'd say chill, don't do it.
