Disclaimer, I am not overly successful, but if the issue is having meaningful conversations, I think a simple strategy is to gently push back on her beliefs maybe not on overly personal stuff but on general views. For a lot of guys they find things in common and conversations are quite safe, but I like having quite emotional conversations on various issues can be fun. It's more fun if something is given as standard within a certain circle and you just throw something like 'from the other guys perspective'.

For example I knew a girl who was quite sceptical of the COVID-19 vaccine. I personally don't give a shit, but I started repeating, very gently some of the opinions of people who are very pro-science and all that, things like "how would you get convinced otherwise", and I think it led to some interesting talk.

I guess basically treat them like a guy who's also your superior, you don't want to insult them, but you don't want to just blindly follow what they say too.
