So lately, I've cared less about rejection, and just started approaching and opening girls and talking to people in general, as in shooting the shit, building rapport and what not. The thing I struggle with when it comes to approach is that I hesitate because I don't know if I really want to put forth the effort, but I stop caring and just go for it, because I'm never going to see them again, and I have nothing to lose.
I can talk about anything, maintain eye contact well, and ask about usual stuff and joke and neg (some calibration needed I think, but I'm not insulting in anyway), but a lot of the time they just don't hold up the conversation very well, and I end up getting bored.
I've adopted the "I wonder what they/she's like" mentality," which has helped. I feel really clumsy, but when I'm in, or in a one on one situation, it's smooth sailing for me.
I don't quite know what I'm asking for critique on exactly, maybe I just need more experience, but I'm just curious if it's me and the message I'm sending, or if this such what it's like starting out.
