I've been told I'm extremely boring when one on one, since I don't have emotionally charged conversations and I rarely make people laugh and the vibe go up, it just feels like if I try to do that it feels... fake? I don't know, I never see people with me trying to get the energy up with me, I've never had long term friends like that who would do so either.

If the group's energy is good I can chime in but it's just so hard to become that guy who makes it all high energy or, well, not boring and this leads to a huge lack of confidence with women. How do you fix something like this? I rarely get calls back by dudes I hang out with, let alone girls lol
