Whenever I read posts that say "forget about chasing that ONE girl because neediness is unattractive", I think "oh gee, I'll just stop chasing her and then I'll have a chance cause I'm not being needy" I'm realizing that's not how it works. If you stop chasing her so that you can have a shot with her later, you never really stopped chasing her. Instead, you should stop chasing her because you don't have a shot with her and you probably never will and that's okay.
