I highly suggest getting advice from multiple sources. you'll need a wider range of information other than rsd to remove biases, etc, especially if you're still learning how to be physical. i put my soul on that argument, because rsd alone puts you in a mental rabbithole.

my take on physicality is that there's a time and place for it. if you aren't usually physical, than of course it will feel weird... but if you're physical generally, than its no big deal. it should be just another form of expression.
