Good openers to use, just observe what's going on and say something about it to an attractive woman you'd like to talk to, 'look at the way this guy's dancing over there', or 'where do you think this guy bought that ridiculous shirt from?' things like that.

Situational opener or any compliment about her that doesn't invovle her genetics.
Ask her name (if she hasn't asked you yet at this point) during the introduction, shake her hand and hold it (again maintaining EC) Don't let go till she pulls away. Don't worry about practicing any other kino than this.

repeat 5-10 times
