All of my friends are good friends, but they are all too shy, and not confident to flirt/ask out girls. If I like someone I go for it, and start talking with them, but they are all too shy to even text girls they like. What can I do to give them confidence? It's no fun to try to pickup girls, when they just watch, and are too shy to have fun with me, even as wingmen.
