Went out today to a local outdoor market and I told myself I would have a goal of approaching and getting rejected. This helped so I had no expectations and made me realize rejection isn’t a big deal.

Being the first time leaving the house the entire day and not talking to anyone I definitely was nervous. Right away I see two of the most attractive girls in the entire place, blonde and brunette in dresses. I looked at them and they noticed me looking so I knew I had to approach or it would be weird. While almost shaking I ask what they're selling. The brunette takes the lead while staring directly at my eyes. We maintain eye contact while she explains she works at a female boutique store. I ask where and she hands me a card. I really didn't know what to say so I just said ok nice to see you and walked away.

I regretted not asking for her number. On the way out I look her in the eyes again and say "one last thing, I really like your eyes can I get your phone #? " she says sorry she has a boyfriend. I say ok just take it as a compliment and walk out as I get an adrenaline rush.

Overall I'm very glad I made the move and just asked her. A few things I could've done better is talk slower and said her eyes are pretty or beautiful instead. Also maybe asking if she wanted to go out for a drink would be better.
