Quick recap after getting home: I'm really proud of myself for having the courage to go out. It was just fine. I felt fine. Was a bit in my head at one point and started thinking how it sucks being alone here, but I looked around and there was a bunch of guys like me haha. Just standing around. At least I made myself look as good as I could.

I cold approached. Had some girls take my picture to post on tinder. And in general got some good pictures. Mostly just talked to people with light convos. Nothing came of it.

Biggest thing I'll take away is I need to make it more about having fun instead of trying to "not make a mistake." I need to take more chances. In general it may be smart to develop a group to act as home base. And build a social circle from that, or build a social circle from scratch.

Second thing may be to simply go later at night. When I left people were still just coming in. I don't think any girls were in that late at night time to end the party mode. They were still waiting in line to get in into some of the bars.

Some interesting observations: did not see anyone cold approach the entire night, and I was observing the crowd for a good amount of time. It was almost completely social circles only. Only one person even said anything to me. I had to be the one opening everyone. My area (Kansas City) is known for its cold people and it definitely shows. Although it may just be confirmation bias. Girls gave very little IOIs to me. In fact they gave me NOIs, negative indicators or whatever you call it. They had scowls on their faces. Kind of like don't talk to me please. I wonder if that's my energy transferring onto them through energy transfer.

Will definitely go back again soon.
